Our team is led by Ed Ruffles BSc (Hons) MRICS MPTS, an experienced Chartered Building Surveyor and member of the Pyramus and Thisbe Society, who specializes in Party Wall matters and has contributed to the Party Wall Guidance Note for the Property Care Association. As a highly regarded East Anglia surveyor, Ed understands that serving or receiving a Party Wall Notice—as well as navigating the party wall process—can be very stressful. Therefore, he firmly believes that a friendly approach is essential to resolve issues and maintain positive neighbourly relationships.
